London-based band Gently Tender have dropped their new single, ‘Dead Is Dead’. It’s their first new music in three years, and the band are heading to the studio soon. There’s a sense of nihilism to the track, which sees lead vocalist Sam Fryer deliver instantly memorable hooks over swirling keys and psychedelic guitar work. On the track, he says: “I think it’s important to be aware of death at all times, I think of my own death most days, but not in a morbid way - it helps me appreciate and refocus on what I’m trying to do - to know if what I’m doing is worth it.” -Dan Peeke
